Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is available for free as part of the Office365 services. It allows you to have real-time chat, meetings, file sharing and more. Departments can also create a Teams to facilitate project communication and collaboration.

Microsoft Teams Service Charging Model:

For the STAFF tenant, SharePoint site service associated with Microsoft Teams is chargeable. The subscription fee is HK$150/year for 50GB of storage. Central Committee Teams are centrally funded.

For the STUDENT tenant, it is centrally funded, except for Microsoft Teams associated with exceptionally large storage SharePoint sites, which may be subject to further review and separate arrangements.
