Student Account Collection Schedule

You will collect your student account online by using a 6-digit verification code (v-code). The v-code will be distributed as scheduled based on your admission status. You can check the actions to be completed in the following tabs and the v-code dispatch schedule at the bottom.

 

  1. Complete the online registration with all admission conditions listed fulfilled
  2. Around a month before your study start date, receive the 6-digit verification code (v-code) sent from scacs@cuhk.edu.hk or local SMS on or after the V-code Dispatch Start Date of your study program
  3. Go to Student Computing Account Collection System (SCACS) at https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk to collect your student account

Note: If you cannot receive v-code before your course enrollment begins, you can use R-account (login ID starting with R) to complete online registration / course enrollment at https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk/psp/EPPUB/?cmd=login. Your R-account can be found at https://www.gradsch.cuhk.edu.hk/OnlineApp/login_email.aspx

  1. Settle the composition / acceptance fees (applicable to JUPAS)
  2. Receive the 6-digit verification code (v-code) sent from scacs@cuhk.edu.hk or local SMS on or after the V-code Dispatch Start Date of your study programme
  3. Go to Student Computing Account Collection System (SCACS) at https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk to collect your student account

Please visit Student Computing Account Collection System (SCACS) at https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk to collect your account. You will be asked to enter V-code and your personal information for verification. Please save your account information before leaving the system.

If you cannot receive v-code on or after the specified date, please check if you have fulfilled the above action checklist and contact the admission offices in 3. Admission Enquiries to check your admission status.

*Students of EMBA (Chinese), MBA in Finance and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) should contact their departments about the student account collection arrangement.
