Computing Account Application and Management System (CAAMS) helps CUHK staff manage all non-individual accounts, including department, project and external user accounts. Through this system, one can

• Apply an account for your department, project and external user with different IT resources available
• Seek endorsement from your supervisor or department head with one click
• Get the application and account updates through system emails
• Check out your application / account status
• Check out what non-individual accounts are now under your management

From Dec 2019, the system supports account renewal with the following features:

• Expiry reminder is sent to account coordinator (applicant) when the department, project and external user account is expiring in 30 days.
• Account coordinator (applicant) can renew the account and seek endorsement with few clicks

The system will support account closure and multiple accounts application / renewal / closure in a later stage.
