Email for Retiree

This is an email service for CUHK retirees who fulfill the Definition specified by Human Resources Office. The service was switched to Microsoft 365 email from 18 Jul 2019 under Microsoft Campus Agreement. The use follows the agreement. This service has a basic function for sending, receiving and storing emails, and a customized email address in the format of xxx@e.cuhk.edu.hk.

You can additionally opt for Reminding Service before your retirement. An auto-reply will be generated from the day you retire for a max. of 3 years to the sender who tries to reach you via the default email address (sender address) you used in CUHK as a staff.
