Benefits
This upgrade will greatly improve user experience to enjoy a high speed and reliable Internet connection with
1. A better In-room wifi solution
Under current wifi setup in student hostels, the speed is 300Mbps for 4-6 rooms shared use. And the new in-room wifi is 300Mbps for one room in which connection speed has greatly been improved.
2. Enhanced backend connection
A significant improvement from 1 x 1 Gigabit Ethernet link (current) to 2 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet (new) links connect from student hostels to the campus network. And the two new links are for both eliminating bottle neck and backup purpose.
