CybSafe – Cyber Security Awareness Training Platform

The online training platform provides a wide range of learning modules with different topics, ranging from common threats to the hottest topics e.g. ChatGPT, and different learning styles by engaging story-style content, illustrations, videos, and quizzes.

Users can access the online training platform at anytime and anywhere via an Internet-connected device with web browsers.

Department-oriented Training Programme

Training Package: Customized training package designed by the department

Target user: Department users

About the package: Department can design a standard training package for their department by defining:

• User group(s)
• Learning campaign: Learning modules, frequency, compulsory or optional
• Phishing campaign: Phishing templates, frequency, additional learning if clicked
• Admin user to keep track of department’s learning progress

User-oriented Training Programme

Training Package: Predefined training package designed by ITSC

Target user: Individual Staff

About the package:  individual user will

• need to complete 3 compulsory learning modules for half a year;
• receive 1 simulated phishing email twice a year. If the phishing email is clicked, 1 additional learning module will be needed to complete.
