• Good for archiving committees records with easy access control
• Will be protected by proper permission assignment

SharePoint Site Service Charging Model:

For the STAFF tenant, the SharePoint site service is chargeable. The subscription fee is HK$150/year for 50GB of storage. There is a 300GB free storage quota for the official site of each department with a valid CUPIS code. Central Committee SharePoint Sites are centrally funded.

For the STUDENT tenant, it is centrally funded, except for exceptionally large storage sites which may be subject to further review and separate arrangements.
