I am writing to notify you that your invoice has been outstanding for over 60 days. Despite multiple previous attempts to reach you regarding this matter, the overdue balance remains unsettled, and we hereby request that you take urgent steps to address this immediately.
Please note that should payment continue to be withheld, we will be left with no alternative but to suspend all services and escalate the unpaid balance to a third-party collections agency.
It is worth noting that penalty charges have been accruing on your account since April 28, 2026, and will continue to accumulate until the full balance is completely cleared.
