(i)  所有部門均合資格申請第一層目錄，如

(ii) 有關任何部門的項目，應要求所屬部門的網站管理員在其網站建立子目錄，例如：

http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/department-name/project-name

(iii) 如有關項目由多個部門聯合組織 / 管理或在大學層面發起，也合資格申請指定目錄下的網頁寄：

• 項目：http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/proj/project-name
• 活動：http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/event/event-name
• 中心：http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/centre/centre-name

每個網站都可以擁有一個或多個首席管理員，主要負責：

(i) 更新網站

(ii) 通過 Departmental Web Admin System 新增或移除*子管理員。

子管理員可以根據所在部門的首席管理員授予的權限，更新其部門網頁的全部或部分內容。

然而，首席管理員無法新增 / 移除其他首席管理員。如需進行此操作，請填寫所需的申請表以通知 ITSC。

Preparing Simplified Chinese Web Sites

The Simplified Chinese translation service is enabled by HanWEB 3.2

  • Add https://translate.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/uniTS/ at the beginning of the URL to translate Traditional Chinese in unicode to Simplified Chinese in unicod

Reminders

• • For heavily loaded system, it is not recommend to use the translation server because the translation server may not be able to handle the load and will become the bottleneck.
