(Resumed)Service Interruption – Blackboard and its LTI Integrations, Qualtrics and other services

Cause	AWS has reported service issues, causing an interruption that has impacted a number of cloud services. Please refer to the AWS Health Dashboard.
Service Affected	For Panopto and Zoom, the workaround is to access their direct link rather than through Blackboard: https://cuhk.ap.panopto.com/ https://cuhk.zoom.us You may view the status of different services from these links: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status https://www.zoomstatus.com/ https://status.qualtrics.com/ https://status.blackboard.com/
