Cause System maintenance 
Summary During the maintenance period,  

  • You may experience a 5-minute login failure when accessing various IT systems during this period.  
  • The existing system connection will continue to work without issues.  

Please refrain from performing mission-critical tasks during the maintenance.  

An extended hotline service will be available on June 7 (6am-10am) for enquiry.
