Checklist for Graduating Students
Once you have fulfilled all graduation requirements, your access to student services (e.g. Blackboard, CUSIS, CUHK1x Wi-Fi, VPN) will be removed according to your term end date or expected graduation date in CUSIS, whichever is later.
We will send you a reminder 30 days before this change. To avoid any disruption, we strongly recommend completing the following actions in advance.
Action 1 – Update Personal Information in CUSIS Profile

To ensure that you can receive the important messages from the University after graduation, please review your personal information in MyCUHK > CUSIS > Profile, in particular:

Action 2 – Back Up your data

Don’t let your hard work go to waste. Back up your data before your student access changes, including:

Action 3 – Opt in to the @Link Alumni Email Service
 |
Maintain a CUHK email address for networking, career development, and alumni communications after graduation. Opt in to the Alumni Email Service now.
Note: @Link Alumni Email storage is limited to 2GB. If you opted in before graduation, move older emails to the Online Archive folder to avoid exceeding the quota. |
After graduation, you can continue to enjoy CUHK Guest Wi-Fi service, sign in to MyCUHK with alumni access, and opt in to the @Link Alumni Email Service if you have not already done so. For other alumni benefits, please visit the Alumni Affairs Office website.
