User Impact Email delivery may be delayed or user may be unable to receive emails in the following scenarios:

  • Emails sent from external domains (e.g., Gmail) to CUHK users.
  • Emails sent from staff accounts (@cuhk.edu.hk) to student accounts (@link.cuhk.edu.hk), and vice versa.
