User Impact Users may be intermittently unable to access their mailboxes in Exchange Online using any connection method.
Incident Details Current status:
Microsoft is continuing to investigate a portion of the Exchange Online infrastructure which facilitates accessing mailboxes through the affected connection methods to help with understanding the root cause and to formulate a remediation plan.
