More info: As an alternate method users can use another browser, or hit enter instead of clicking the send button.
Current status: Microsoft’ve confirmed that their fix deployment is complete and this issue is resolved for most affected users. A secondary fix deployment will be deployed to address any remaining affected users, and updates regarding this deployment moving forward will be provided through a separate communication.
Root cause: A third-party service update caused code conflict between the service and the Microsoft Teams web app, leading to impact.
