MATLAB Network License Server Upgrade
Users Attention Project Leaders/Coordinators/Department LAN Administrators to coordinate MATLAB installation for university-owned devices
Upgrade Period 25 Jun 2024 (Thu) – 31 Jul 2024 (Wed)
Cause ITSC will upgrade the MATLAB Network License Server this summer.  Please note these schedules, where Project Leaders/Coordinators/Department LAN Administrators need to act on their managed devices that use license from the MATLAB Network License Server.
Action Scheduled 25 Jun 2024 (Thu)

  • A New MATLAB Network License Server will be set up to support MATLAB version up to R2024a.

26 Jun 2024 (Wed) – 31 Jul 2024  (Wed)

  • During this period, both the existing and the new MATLAB Network License Server operate simultaneously.

1 Aug 2024 (Thu)

  • Shutting Down the existing MATLAB Network License Server.  Existing license file and installation key will stop working for any software copy
