  • CUHK Homepage
  • Central Authentication and Directory Service (Use OnePass/CWEM password for authentication)
  • CUHK Email and Microsoft Office 365 Services
  • VPN, On-campus Wifi and Off-campus Wifi through CUHK Partnership Program such as eduroam
  • CU eLearning Systems and Tools (Blackboard, Panopto, Zoom, Qualtrics)
  • Mass Mail Service
  • MATLAB/SPSS License Server
  • Change Password and Email Alias
  • ITSC Service Desk System
  • And other applications that need OnePass/CWEM to sign on
User Experience 3:00AM – 3:15AM

  • Users will find a temporary CUHK Homepage announcing this service maintenance when reaching Existing CUHK information will not be displayed on this page.
  • The access to the above core IT services will be temporarily suspended. However, if users have logged in these services before the upgrade, they can still use the services normally.

3:15Am – 12:00PM

  • Users may experience intermittent service interruption.

Please do not carry out any critical IT operations during this upgrade period.
