It was recently found that some SMS requests to Multiple Users might fail to be completed. The first user report was on 5 May 2020 (Tue). As a workaround, ITSC previously set up a flow to resubmit all failed SMS requests to the 3HK platform until the SMS could be dispatched successfully. Therefore, some SMS users found it took a longer time to complete a SMS request to multiple recipients.
ITSC had reported the issue to the service provider, 3HK, and worked with them to update the system configuration to fix the issues.
