The service provider, 3HK, reported their SMS system failure to ITSC on 14 Jul 2020. 3HK later resumed their service. ITSC would inform the affected users soon who failed to deliver SMS during 9 – 14 Jul 2020 to resubmit the SMS request if necessary.
Based on this incident, ITSC would also enhance the monitoring system to have an earlier detection about the SMS failure. Please accept the apology for the inconvenience caused.
