Suspension of MyCUHK & CUSIS during 28 Feb – 11 Mar

Cause MyCUHK & CUSIS Upgrade (FAQs)
Service Affected To prepare for the upgrade, three services will be temporarily suspended during the above period:

  • MyCUHK
  • CUSIS
  • Student card issuance / replacement

Most other campus-wide IT services, including OnePass, CUHK Login, email, Office 365, eLearning platforms (Blackboard, Panopto, Zoom), VPN, WiFi, CUPIS, CUSAP and etc., will NOT be affected.

Before the suspension, users should

During the suspension, users will see a maintenance page as below, assembling quick links of other IT services which are currently listed in MyCUHK (https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk or https://www.cuhk.edu.hk/mycuhk).

The path to enter MyCUHK / CUSIS after the upgrade will remain UNCHANGED.

Note: The suspension here was originally scheduled during 14 Feb 2020 (Fri) 6:00PM – 26 Feb 2020 (Wed) 8:45AM. Due to novel coronavirus, the system work here is rescheduled. And the upgraded CUSIS and MyCUHK will go live on 11 Mar 2020 (Wed) 8:45AM.
