Intermittent Authentication Interruption to DUO 2FA-Enabled Applications on 9Feb 7AM – 8AM (New Look for DUO in Web Login)

To cope with the continuous development of DUO 2FA service, a new DUO Universal Prompt will replace the current DUO Traditional Prompt.  The new look will be applied to all DUO-enable web applications   Here is our schedule:

Date 9 Feb 2023 (Thur) 7AM – 8AM
What You Experience You do not need to change anything if you do not need other newly added options. DUO can be used as is except that it has a new look – Universal Prompt.

During the switch

  • You would experience Intermittent authentication interruption to DUO-enabled applications.

After the switch

  • A new DUO Universal Prompt will be applied on different web applications starting from this day.
