1. Getting Started

Step 3 – 4 below can be skipped if you have already logged in CUHK Login Page on the same browser e.g. Office 365 / Blackboard.

  1. Finish your application and wait for ITSC notification about the service readiness.
  2. Go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com.
  3. If you have registered for Adobe ID with your University email address, please choose Company or School Account when prompted. If you never have Adobe ID, please go to step 4.
  4. You will be directed to our CUHK Login page. Please log in as instructed.
  5. Start downloading the apps you want as instructed.
2. Known Issues
  • Trial Error on Adobe Acrobat DC
Some users reported seeing a message “for trial use” or “buy” after download. Please refer to the steps advised by Adobe to solve the problem.
  • Access Denied for Lightroom, Premier Rush, Fuse and etc.
Apps which require cloud services e.g. Lightroom, Premium Rush and Fuse are not available under this offer. Please use Lightroom Classic and Premiere Pro as an alternative.
  • No Access to Specific Services / Cloud Storage
The at-home offer does not include mobile apps, Creative Cloud Libraries, Creative Cloud Assets, Lightroom Photos, or shared files and workflows. Any assets and files created in the cloud are still available to you, but you won’t be able to import or save files to Creative Cloud. You can save them on your local computer instead.
Hence, cloud-first apps such as Lightroom CC, Lightroom mobile, Premiere Rush, Dimension, Adobe Fresco and etc. may not work as expected.
