Cause The service provider has applied a fix to resolve the issue.
Service Affected Since 10 May, we have been receiving reports that access to some departmental websites may be delayed intermittently through campus network connections. Immediate remedial actions had been taken to stabilize the service.
Status Service resumed.

  • As a remedy, a work around was further applied on 13 May to resume the service.
  • The service provider has identified and fixed the problem. Our temporary workaround has been released to resume our normal operation on 16 May.
