Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) helps to classify, label and protect sensitive/confidential data in documents and emails. MIP is a required security measure on personal data to fulfill the requirement of the “Principle 4 – Security of Personal Data” of University’s Policy in Protection of Personal Data (Privacy) and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

With labelling and classification by MIP, you can protect each of your emails and files from being viewed or edited by any unauthorized access.
