Cause Incident
Service Affected Some users once failed to join CUHK Zoom meetings for those using ClassNet (i.e. Wired Network in CUHK Classrooms / LTs) as below. The service has been resumed.

  • failed to use web browser to visit cuhk.zoom.us or zoom.us to login the CUHK ZOOM web portal to manage their zoom meetings/webinars
  • failed to use Zoom desktop client to join meetings/webinars using meeting/webinar id and password
  • failed to use Zoom desktop client to sign in ZOOM and host meetings/webinars
