(Resumed) Potential Issues when Connecting to CUHK1x, eduroam, and CUHK VPN

Service Affected Users may intermittently encounter issue in connecting the following services.

(1) ‘CUHK1x’ and ‘eduroam’ wi-fi

Mitigation measures have been applied, and most of the cases have been resolved.

Cause Abnormal network traffic detected on the campus network which affected the wifi/vpn authentication service. Remedies have been taken to resume the service.
