Users without proper licenses are able to see the Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) app button within Microsoft Teams

User Impact	The issue only affects users without proper Co-pilot licenses that are using Microsoft Teams.
Incident Details	Current status: Microsoft is continuing to monitor the deployment of the fix which has reached 30 percent of affected environments. Some users may already begin seeing remediation with Teams version 24100324914. Users reports and internal validation have confirmed the issue is resolved by the fix and they anticipate completing the deployment by Friday, November 1, 2024.
