Service Affected Users fail to access Registration and Attendance System (RAS)
Solution A fix has previously applied to resolve the heavy workload issue arising from last Sep. A number of load test showed an improved performance with a higher throughput. However, the actual performance on 9 Jan college assembly registration with a service disruption was not acceptable. Remedial action has been applied in fixing the issue.

The system is still under a close monitoring during event registration period. We will continue fixing the issue and target to provide a reliable and quality service.
