Incident Details Current status: Microsoft has identified that a property necessary for visibly presenting channels to user in the Microsoft Teams mobile app was likely either removed or altered in a recent update, resulting in impact. They are developing a fix that we expect will resolve this issue. Once development and testing have completed, they will provide an expected timeline to deploying this fix as one becomes available.

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure attempting to utilize the Microsoft Teams mobile app are impacted.

Root cause: A property necessary for visibly presenting channels to users in the Microsoft Teams mobile app was likely either removed or altered in a recent update, resulting in impact.

Final status: Microsoft has confirmed that the fix deployment is complete, and their telemetry indicates that this issue is resolved.
