(Resumed) Some users are unable to view images in Outlook on the web and Microsoft Teams

 More info Final status: While Microsoft initially received word that impact was persisting after applying the fix, further testing and validation from the affected users still reporting impact confirms that the fix has, in fact, succeeded in remediating the issue.

Root cause: A recent update intended to optimize shared mailboxes and how they work in relation to groups and changes to groups introduced a code issue that was preventing accurate identification of user identities in certain scenarios, which resulted in this impact.
Status Microsoft fixed the problem.
