(Resumed) Users may intermittently receive a “File Not Found” error and be unable to open files in Microsoft 365 for the web apps

User Impact Users may intermittently receive a “File Not Found” error and be unable to open files in Microsoft 365 for the web apps
Incident Details More info: This currently impacts Microsoft Word for the web, but other Microsoft 365 for the web apps such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for the web were impacted for a short period.

Current status: While Microsoft were in the process of analyzing additional data and correlation logs from the affected environment, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to open files in Microsoft Word for the web may be intermittently impacted.
