(Resumed) Microsoft Incident Report Problem on connection to Exchange Online via Outlook Desktop / App

Incident Details Final Status:

Having confirmed that a networking error with a third party ISP was causing the issue, Microsoft have rerouted user traffic to be served through alternate infrastructure to alleviate impact. They’ve confirmed via service monitoring telemetry that the service has returned to acceptable performance thresholds.

Scope of impact:

Impact was specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
