Users may encounter slow response / errors when signing on to Email Service (Exchange Online / Outlook) via any connection method.
Microsoft reported that it is a load-balancing issue resulted in a high volume of traffic requests to a section of provisioned infrastructure.Next steps: – They’re analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to help prevent this problem from happening again.
Microsoft has successfully rebooted the affected infrastructure, and after monitoring the environment confirmed that impact is mitigated.
