(Resumed) Microsoft Incident Report on Email Service Login Issue on 8 Sep

Microsoft issued an incident report on 8 Sep 2021 (Wed).

Service Affected Users may encounter slow response / errors when signing on to Email Service (Exchange Online / Outlook) via any connection method.
Cause Microsoft reported that it is a load-balancing issue resulted in a high volume of traffic requests to a section of provisioned infrastructure.Next steps: – They’re analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to help prevent this problem from happening again.
Status Microsoft has successfully rebooted the affected infrastructure, and after monitoring the environment confirmed that impact is mitigated.
