Some Student Office 365 Services Unavailable in 10 Sep Morning
Users Affected Some students, alumni and project accounts with email address

Cause ITSC is now investigating the cause with Microsoft.
Service Affected The affected students found

  • no products or services after logging into
  • an error from Microsoft asking one to contact administrator
  • failure in accessing OneDrive / mailbox via desktop clients or apps

Other users who were emailing the affected students received “user not found” message bounced back during the affected period.
The service is gradually resumed from 10:05AM.
