Failure in Reaching ITSC Website & Using PCs in User Areas / Learning Commons (Resumed)

Service Affected Users failed to reach ITSC website ( here and to use PCs in User Area / Learning Commons.
Solution The service interruption is due to hardware failure. Interim remedies have been applied on 13 January 2017

  • ITSC website – users have to visit a temporary website until was in service again on 15 January 9:00am
  • PCs in User Areas / Learning Commons – A temporary server has been set up

Both services are resumed on 15 Janurary 2017 9:00am
