This 40-minute hands-on session introduces how to use Excel Pivot Tables to turn data into insights.  Participants will learn how to create Pivot Tables, change summary measures (count, average), group data, and use filters to analyse data quickly, visually, and reliably — all without writing formulas.  By the end of the session, users will be able to confidently explore data, produce management-ready summaries, and support evidence-based decision making using Excel.
