In line with the policy on Enabling 2FA on all Application Authentication, all department / project, external user, student organization and alumni association accounts (“project / other accounts”) will have to use DUO 2FA to log in Blackboard, Zoom, Panopto, & CUHK EdTech Software License Management System starting Tuesday 26 Sept 2023 6 p.m. There will be no service interruption during the system change period.

2. If your project / other accounts are for shared use or for guest use while their DUO 2FA is not yet enabled, please inform your users about the use of DUO 2FA.
