    Q: Can I update the mail forwarding settings at https://webmail.cuhk.edu.hk ?
    A: After the migration, you should be able to find a new email forwarding rule sending to your Office 365 Mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Please don't change this rule; otherwise, new emails sending to your CUHK Webmail cannot be forwarded to your Office 365 Mail.

    Q: How to turn on the "cached exchange mode" in Outlook?
    A: You may turn on the "cached exchange mode" before migrating mails from Exchange server to Office 365 Mail. The steps in detail can be found at Microsoft Support.

    Q: Why can't  I update my “Email Drop Box” at https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/alias/ after the email migration?
    A: It is normal. After switching to Office 365, your Email Drop Box is set as the default drop box (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) of Office 365 mail and cannot be changed.
